Are the boards and tools new or used?

Some boards and tools on our website and brand new and some of them are used. However, everything is tested by our team and confirmed to be in a working condition. Our key mission is promoting circular economy and reducing e-waste.

Why am I being asked for a security deposit?

Ad-hoc rentals without a recurring payment plan might require a security deposit. The deposit will be refunded once the items are returned in a working condition. If the returned items are malfunctioning, repair costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Why do you offer up to 3-month rentals only?

We promote circular economy and want to give users fair access to the hardware and maximize efficiency. Most projects take on average 2 to 3 months. We don't want you to keep the boards on your desk collecting dust while procrastinating :) If you really need more than 3-month rental, please get in touch!

How much credit can I receive for my trade-in?

Please fill in the Trade In form here. We will get in touch and let you know how much credit you can receive for it. Once the items arrive to our warehouse and are confirmed to be in a working condition, you will receive a store credit that you can use against any Rentals or Plans.

Which countries do you cover?

Currently, we only cover the United States. More countries will be supported in the future.
